Order Policies
At Stretcheaz, we keep it simple. We stand behind our work and we’re here to help. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Custom Orders & Returns
All screens and transfers are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
That said, if you have an issue, we’ll do everything we can to fix it quickly and professionally.

Damaged or Defective Screens/Transfers
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If anything is damaged or defective, email us at orders@getstretcheaz.com or call (510) 924-8004 within 5 business days of delivery.
We’ll replace any defective product. Issues reported more than 15 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Lead Times & Rush Services
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the volume.
Rush services are available for an additional fee. Contact us to get the scoop if the rush service you need is not available in the pricing section of our site. 
We keep inventory of common screen sizes/mesh counts and can often ship same day or next day when needed.

Shipping & Local Options
Orders ship via UPS unless other arrangements are made.
We ship pallets via MotherShip, which provides excellent rates. Let us know if you'd like us to set that up for you.
You can also choose:
  • FREE Local Pickup in San Leandro, CA (select at checkout)
  • Local Delivery within a 50 mile radius for a delivery fee (select at checkout)
We currently ship only within the United States.

  • MOQ is 6 pieces, open packs are allowed. 
  • Please follow MAP as stated in each post.
  • Absolutely NO SALES or DISCOUNTED merchandise.
  • We do not allow buy in groups to sell our products. 
  • We DO/DO NOT offer zip code protection.

S H I P P I N G   P O L I C I E S

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Most products are made to order and require at least 5-10 business days (sometimes longer) for us to process, create, package, and ship. Allow longer shipping times during high volume seasonal times. In stock items will ship sooner.
  • Rush services are available upon request.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise arranged by you; shipping is determined by weight.
  • An order may only be shipped to one location.
  • We currently ship within the U.S.
  • FREE local pickup is available in San Leandro, California (Choose option at checkout.)
  • Local Delivery is also available for up to a 100-mile radius for a nominal charge. (Choose option at checkout.)

H O W  T O  P L A C E   A N   O R D E R

  1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register on our website for a wholesale account.
  2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website. 

O N L I N E   S A L E S 

  • Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites).  
  • Businesses are forbidden from selling merchandise on any other online retail outlet. 
  • Merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, EBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.

W H O L E S A L E   P R I C I N G

  • Wholesale pricing is displayed when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in US dollars. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. (If you do not immediately see wholesale pricing after approval, please log out and log back in.)

R E T U R N S

  • No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.

  • Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins.

D A M A G E  S   &   D E F E C T S

  • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
  • Contact us at orders@getstretcheaz.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
  • Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
