Made in Japan by NBC Meshtec—the gold standard—this mesh holds tension longer, prints sharper detail, and virtually eliminates tears and mesh popping, even under heavy production. Every frame is stretched on our Swiss-made Grünig pneumatic system for perfectly even tension, then locked in place with KiwoBond 1100, a German-engineered adhesive built to withstand harsh reclaim chemistry. Buying new screens can cost twice as much, but you’re getting lower-grade mesh, cheaper glue, and weaker tension. We also offer a Screen Exchange Program: we ship you re-stretched screens first, and you send your used frames back in the same box. It saves time, reduces downtime, and keeps your press running.
